Issue resolutionsteps will be available for products like mobiles, tablets, laptops, largeappliances, electronics, home appliances, furniture etc.



In case the item isnot in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entireproduct or part(s) of the product will be provided by the seller.

What are the checks done by Koreashop24.com while accepting(picking up) a return product from the customer?

Returns Pick-Up



During pick-up,your product will be checked for the following conditions.



1.      Correct Product

IMEI/name/image/brand/serialnumber/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetachedand clearly visible.

2.      Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (likeremote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.),freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

3.      Unused Product

The product should be unused,unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality checkseals/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning aMobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and iCloud accounts shouldbe unlocked for iOS devices.

4.      Undamaged Product

The product (including SIMtrays/charging port/headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and withoutany scratches, dents, tears or holes.

5.      Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/boxshould be undamaged.

How do I return an item purchased on Koreashop24.com?

You can return anorder by following these steps:

·        1. Create a Return Request

o   - Log into Koreashop24.com

o   - Go to 'My Orders'

o   - Click 'Return' to open the Return Request form

o   - Select 'Replacement' or 'Refund'

·        2. 'Item to be Returned' is picked up

The item you wishto return will be picked up from your doorstep.

·        3. Replacement/Refund Initiated

In most cases, thereplacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all othercases, the replacement/refund is initiated after the originally delivered itemis picked up.


REPLACEMENT POLICY

In case we received a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and has not been processed by us. We will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website within 3 days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost.


DELIVERY POLICY

After you place the order we will shipped within 48 hours and it will delivery to your doorstep within 7 working days.
